- Pay: $17–$20 per hour + overtime & shift differential
- Schedule: 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts; weekends required; overtime available; 3rd‑shift/overnight strongly preferred

Your Impact
- Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging equipment.
- Run up to five machines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prepare, inspect, and maintain machinery for safe operation.
- Use essential tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, and tape measures.
- Keep the area clean, safe, and organized; report safety concerns immediately.
- Partner with supervisors and teammates to support production goals.
What You Need to Bring
- Manufacturing experience preferred—not required.
- Comfort with very physically demanding work; able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Confidence using standard hand tools and taking precise measurements.
- Must not be color blind.
- Proven multitasking ability to manage several machines at once.
- Reliable, safety‑first mindset and willingness to learn.
