Imagine arriving to a clean, prepped station. You bring up to five machines online, verify setups with calipers and tape measures, and keep a keen eye on performance. Where You’ll Be and What You’ll Earn

  • Location: McKinney, TX
  • Pay: $17–$20 per hour + overtime & shift differential
  • Schedule: 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts; weekends required; overtime available; 3rd‑shift/overnight strongly preferred

Your Impact

  • Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging equipment.
  • Run up to five machines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prepare, inspect, and maintain machinery for safe operation.
  • Use essential tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, and tape measures.
  • Keep the area clean, safe, and organized; report safety concerns immediately.
  • Partner with supervisors and teammates to support production goals.

What You Need to Bring

  • Manufacturing experience preferred—not required.
  • Comfort with very physically demanding work; able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Confidence using standard hand tools and taking precise measurements.
  • Must not be color blind.
  • Proven multitasking ability to manage several machines at once.
  • Reliable, safety‑first mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: farming or farm‑hand background.
  • Preferred: open to overnight/3rd‑shift schedules.
