Nexus Employment is placing Production Line Packaging & Fulfillment Associates with multiple partner facilities across Northwest Indiana. If you like steady pacing, clear goals, and learning by doing, this role is for you—no experience needed, full training provided.

What your day looks like

You arrive, gear up, and join a production line where you’ll package products with care, check quality, apply labels accurately, and stage light boxes for shipment. You’ll hit daily production targets alongside teammates, follow company policies and good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and help keep the workspace clean and safe. As needs change, you’ll jump in on warehouse and production projects to keep orders moving on time.

Role responsibilities

• Package a variety of products on a production line
• Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
• Label products and cartons accurately
• Lift and move light packages/boxes for shipping
• Achieve daily production goals
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and GMPs
• Assist with warehouse and production projects as assigned
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment
