Qualifications- BTech/MTech Biotech, B.Sc/M.Sc Biotech, Biomedical Sciences)/B Pharm/M Pharm
· Ensure effective and efficient Doctor calls regarding Diagnostics, Genetics screening (PNS & NBS) services
· Meeting the doctors in the assigned territory on a regular basis to sustain and increase the business flow.
· Implement the sales strategies effectively in the assigned territory for our Genetic screening services
· Identifying Key Accounts (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Birthing Centers etc.) to establish partnership for Diagnostics services within the assigned territory
· Creation and Development of new accounts through interaction with the hospital management, heads of administration, medical departments, HODs, medical superintendents etc. to promote Genetic Screening services.
· Maintain excellent relations with the established accounts in the assigned territory
· Organize Trainings, CMEs, Workshops and other events with the established accounts
· Coordination with internal departments such as Logistics, F&A and Operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of required activities
· Provide market feedback on a continuous basis and apprise the team leader of market trends, competition and new opportunities
· Ensuring the business cash flow smoothly, timely deposits of business money.
