CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in the Des Moines, Iowa area. Positions offer consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package starting on the first day of employment. This opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support as they build a career in trucking.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes based in Des Moines with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
• Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
