Start your driving career with a role designed for new CDL Class A holders in Southaven, Mississippi. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL Class A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving.

After completing training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with access to full benefits.

What you will do

  • Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, professional trucking operations, and preparation for solo driving.
  • Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safe driving practices, comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements, complete required inspections and checks, and develop strong habits for over-the-road operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
