EOL Final Inspection & Packaging Technician

Step into the finish line of production

Join our powder coating team at the back end of a moving conveyor. Your mission: keep quality tight and parts flowing. This is a high-attention, fast-cycle role where you’ll spot defects in an instant and keep product moving without bottlenecks.

A day in the life

The conveyor hums. Finished, powder-coated parts arrive at your station. You scan for surface flaws, remove masking and protective plugs, stage items for shipment, then package and palletize—matching your pace to the line speed. A rush order hits? You adjust priorities calmly, maintaining precision while keeping throughput on track.

Note: This role does not perform spray coating or surface preparation. Your focus is final inspection, processing, and packaging accuracy.
