Your Role
As part of the Customer Service team, you will support Finnish-speaking customers and help ensure they receive a smooth, professional and positive experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Finnish-speaking customers with account-related questions and general inquiries
- Providing clear, professional and customer-focused assistance
- Investigating and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently
- Guiding customers through available services and procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of communication throughout each interaction
- Following internal policies, procedures and quality guidelines
- Working closely with colleagues in an international and multicultural team
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Finnish
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus
- Availability to work onsite
- Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory
