What youll be responsible for
- Deliver comprehensive field service: troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance for the local market.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on CNC machining and turning centers and drive them to resolution.
- Assist our sales organization with technical expertise and provide some user training to customer teams.
- Communicate across operators, engineers, and leadership to align on next steps.
- Act as an ethical, professional ambassador for Ellison Technologies.
- Own your cases and projects; capture accurate customer records and technical documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Prior experience installing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
