Join our manufacturing team in Clackamas, OR (right off I-205—minutes from Sandy, Estacada, Clackamas, and Milwaukie). As a Precision Machining Operator, you’ll help produce quality components by running fabrication equipment, CNC lathes, and automated drill presses. No prior experience with our machines? No problem—we provide thorough training.

Why This Role

• Stable 40-hour work week
• Graveyard schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, plus shift premium
• Pay: $22.37/hour for the first 90 days; then $23.02/hour

What You’ll Work On

• Operate fabrication machines with a focus on safety and throughput
• Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet exacting specifications
• Use automated drill presses to produce repeatable results
• Perform precision measurement & inspection to verify quality
