Production Manager – Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output that meets customer and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
- Lead, coach, and develop production staff and supervisors
- Monitor production schedules, output, and KPIs to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems or production tracking tools is a plus
