💥 RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Repairing conveyors, gearboxes, stamping presses, and automated equipment
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Supporting facility and production uptime
• Assisting with equipment installations and system improvements
• Following OSHA and Lockout/Tagout safety standards
✅ IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or stamping equipment
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• PLC or robotic experience is a plus
• Automotive, foundry, Tier 1, or heavy industrial experience preferred
• Journeyman card or apprenticeship background is a major plus
