Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to gain the experience that turns it into a long-term career. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding southeastern fleet operating out of Charlotte, NC. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

What the job looks like

• Predictable regional routes centered in the Carolinas and neighboring states
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options

• Flexible schedules to help drivers maintain work–life balance
• Home weekly
• Home every other week

Training program

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program
• Work with a mentor, focus on safety, and gain the experience needed to advance with confidence

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Opportunities available for candidates able to start as soon as possible
