Build the Boston skyline with us
As our Field Construction Operations Manager (Superintendent/PM) in Boston, MA, you’ll steer projects from the first shovel in the ground to final closeout. Your morning may start with a toolbox talk and safety walk, move into coordinating design clarifications with architects and engineers, and finish with a budget review and client update. If you thrive on keeping people, schedules, quality, and costs aligned, this role puts you at the center of the action.
Day-in-the-life
Picture this: you arrive on site, lead a quick stand-up to align crews, confirm materials and subcontractors are sequenced correctly, walk the site to verify quality and compliance, then adjust the look-ahead schedule to absorb an unexpected delivery delay. In the afternoon, you brief stakeholders, track costs against budget, and resolve a field coordination issue—closing the loop with clear documentation and communication.
