Hi-Pot and Circuit Breaker Validation Technician

Power up critical infrastructure—one validated breaker at a time

Imagine taking a newly assembled medium-voltage breaker from blueprint to proof, confirming every wire, every setting, every response under stress. That’s the craft you’ll hone in our New Stanton, PA shop.

  • Configure equipment and wiring to evaluate LV/MV breakers; conduct point-to-point wire checks and verify cell configurations.
  • Operate AC dielectric testers for Hi-Pot, AC/DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, current sources, and electronic loads.
  • Interpret drawings, codes, schematics, manuals, blueprints, and procedures; document outcomes precisely.
  • Install components, wiring, units, and casings using rivets, bolts, and connectors.
  • Support planning, layout, and assembly/fabrication across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment.
