Impact You'll Make
- Assemble Switchgear units precisely to blueprints, diagrams, and standardized work instructions.
- Troubleshoot and correct assembly discrepancies to restore conformance.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required).
- 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on Switchgear experience is an advantage.
- Proficient with tape measures; able to convert fractions/decimals and metric/imperial units.
- Working knowledge of machine and tool use, design, upkeep, and basic repair.
- Basic familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Relevant safety certifications are a plus.
Work Setting
- Safety-sensitive role in a temperature-controlled industrial/manufacturing environment with some outdoor tasks.
- PPE required: safety shoes, hard hats/bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as needed; respirators when required.
- Work from step ladders and "A" frame ladders as needed.
- Perform tasks at heights up to 20 ft using approved lifts and fall protection.
Physical Requirements
- Balance and agility while walking, standing, crouching, and climbing stairs/ladders.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and full extension of arms—including overhead.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent operation of hand and power tools.
