Class A Truck Driver - WELCOMING NEW CDL GRADUATES

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL regional drivers to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on dedicated Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern Seaboard lanes. This position is structured to support new CDL graduates with paid orientation and a formal training program. Recent driving school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and experience)
• Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
• Trainee pay during OTR training: $650+ per week (4–6 weeks)
• Safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile
• Paid one‑day orientation: $300
• $15 per stop
• Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO available after 30 days of employment

Schedule & equipment

• Dedicated regional lanes across the Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern Seaboard
• Company‑provided 53' dry vans
• Primarily no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook)
• Average weekly miles: 1,800–2,500
• Typical home time: bi‑weekly
• Day or night shifts as assigned

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Complete daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and required vehicle reports
• Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service and delivery documentation
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and equipment issues
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age: 21
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within five years)
• Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
