You’ll take ownership across client management, marketing coordination, and internal operations — helping bring structure, momentum, and consistency to the agency’s work. You’ll work closely with the founder and gradually take on more responsibility as trust and performance grow.

Be the main point of contact for clients on campaigns and ongoing work
Coordinate marketing activity across email, creative, paid ads, and SEO
Turn ideas into clear briefs and actionable plans
Review work before it goes live and ensure quality and consistency
Keep internal projects, deadlines, and priorities organised
Handle light operational tasks such as invoicing coordination and internal admin
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Help keep the business running smoothly day-to-day
1–2 years experience in a similar generalist or multi-tasking role
Exposure to marketing, agencies, startups, or service businesses
Confident communicator with clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Takes initiative and enjoys being relied on
Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment
