Position Summary

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a manufacturing operation in Howell, MI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties throughout the facility

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products

• Assist with manufacturing and assembly processes

• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to perform physical work for an entire shift

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Willingness to work 2nd shift

• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
