Founder Associate Intern

About the Role

Join the founding team of a fast-growing, pre-seed AI startup that is reimagining how exceptional talent connects with top VC-backed companies. You'll work side-by-side with founders in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment, playing a pivotal role in delivering outstanding experiences to hundreds of ambitious candidates while helping shape the future of talent acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the founding team on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Manage and optimize end-to-end candidate workflows, ensuring an outstanding experience from first touchpoint to placement
• Connect exceptional candidates with career-defining opportunities at elite, venture-backed startups
• Own cross-functional initiatives and drive them to completion with minimal oversight
• Contribute to product, process, and growth experiments in a fast-moving startup environment
• Collaborate closely with founders, candidates, and client companies through strong written and verbal communication

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Willingness and enthusiasm to live and work from a hacker-house setup in San Francisco (on-site, full-time)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• At least one previous internship of three or more months in a fast-paced environment (consulting, sales, startups, or VC)
• Proven ability to deliver results in entrepreneurial, high-ownership environments
• Something outstanding on your profile — top academic performance, strong projects, active GitHub, or equivalent
• Willingness to commit fully: six long, productive days per week

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in founder-led or intensely fast-moving startup environments

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a fully on-site, in-person role based in San Francisco, CA. The team lives and works together from a shared hacker-house — zero commute, 10× feedback loops, and strong team bonding are core to the culture. This is not a remote role.
