Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Engagement Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the Finance Division in the implementation of the EPBCS/Hyperion Budgeting and Forecasting system. The role involves coordinating with the implementation consultant, supporting system configuration, validating financial data, assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, and facilitating system adoption across local and regional Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1- EPBCS Implementation and Budgeting System Enhancement

• Support the implementation of the EPBCS budgeting and forecasting solution, working closely with the appointed consultant and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in the collection, preparation, loading, reconciliation, and validation of financial and operational data within the EPBCS system.

• Coordinate with business units to ensure budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements are accurately reflected in the system design and configuration.

• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and system verification to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs.

• Support the migration from manual Excel-based budgeting and forecasting templates to a centralized and automated EPBCS platform.

• Develop and maintain master data, planning assumptions, reporting structures, and supporting documentation required for the implementation.

• Provide training and post-implementation support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Support budgeting and planning teams across local operations and other regions as required to facilitate a consistent group-wide implementation.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of a fully operational Hyperion EPBCS solution, enhancing budgeting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, reporting capabilities, and governance controls.

2- Detailed Responsibilities

• Collection and validation of budgeting and forecasting data from business stakeholders.

• Data loading and reconciliation within EPBCS/Hyperion environment.

• Review and validation of loaded data against approved source files and reports.

• Coordination with implementation consultant and business users on system configuration and requirements.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and issue resolution tracking.

• Maintenance of planning metadata, assumptions, hierarchies and master data.

• Development and validation of budgeting, forecasting and reporting templates within EPBCS.

• User training, documentation and post-implementation support.

• Support annual budget, forecast and 5-Year Business Plan cycles through EPBCS.

• Provide implementation support to local and regional finance teams to ensure consistent adoption and data quality.

• System readiness review and validation to facilitate migration from manual Excel-based processes to EPBCS.

• Preparation of status updates, issue logs and progress reports for project stakeholders.
