Precision CNC Systems Field Service Engineer

• Local focus with variety—serve customers across a defined territory (Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, or Kansas City base) with emphasis on the Dakotas market.

• Balanced travel—approximately 50% with paid travel; not a national road-warrior position.

Your impact

• Execute on-site service: installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.
• Resolve technical issues and support the sales team with subject-matter expertise.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and partners.
• Uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards.
• Own your queue: manage service cases/projects and maintain detailed records and technical documentation.
• Take on related tasks as assigned to meet customer and business needs.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers (install, repair, and maintenance).
• Diagnostic strength in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
