• Run multiple CNC mills and lathes to hit daily targets without sacrificing quality
• Stay on top of tool changes, offsets, and wear to keep machines productive
• Verify dimensions and features with precision hand metrology aligned to GD&T
• Troubleshoot common issues to maintain flow and first-pass yield
• Work with G-code confidently and perform efficient changeovers
