CDL-A Entry Level Regional Truck Driver

CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers are sought for a full-time regional driving position based in Mobile, Alabama. Qualified CDL school graduates begin with an experienced mentor, receive hands-on training and paid driving experience, and transition to an Eastern Regional solo position once they are ready.

Compensation and Training

• $850 per week during the mentor phase
• Experienced driver mentor during the first weeks
• Solo drivers average $1,600–$1,800 or more per week
• Pay deposited every Friday
• Additional earning potential for safe driving and on-time deliveries

Position Highlights

After successfully completing training, drivers receive an assigned new truck and begin hauling steady, year-round dry van freight. The position includes:

• Eastern Regional routes from the Mobile, Alabama area
• Weekly home time
• No-touch freight
• Drop-and-hook loads

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
• At least 120 instructional hours from an accredited CDL school
