Field Service Engineer

Aegis is currently partnering with a long-standing manufacturer looking to identify a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Installing a new machinery, completing preventative maintenance, or troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
• Handle repair and troubleshooting calls on customer sites
• Communicate directly with the customer throughout the service call, and document exactly what was found and repaired.

Requirements:

• Technical/Associate’s degree or certificate – Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Automation, CNC/Machining, Mechanical Technology

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how machinery works

• Basic electrical/mechanical theory and troubleshooting ability

• Comfortable with Monday–Friday travel
