We are Hiring Sales Managers for our Big Box campaign in Florida. As our clients continue to
grow their markets, we are expanding to accommodate the demand. Synergy Sales Co. has been focused on building a strategic, high-quality sales company. Our diversified portfolio includes D2D and B2B campaigns across 8 states, working in Residential, Retail and Events settings.
About You
You are a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You take ownership of your team’s success. You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and recruiting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are when amongst friends.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals; tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement
- Assign territories to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory.
- Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more consumers.
- Travel up to 25% as necessary
- Beat our competition and delight our customers every day.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 2+ years of direct sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless access
- Ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed
- Motivated and driven sales closer with a desire to make $80k+ within your first year.
- Confident and savvy with current technology is a MUST.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Aspiration to grow within the company
- Previous success in direct sales is preferred, but not required.
- MUST HAVE a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
