What challenges will you tackle?

• Decode complex blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine exact requirements.
• Execute MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, plus hands‑on metal fabrication.
• Set up and tune welding equipment with the right settings for each material type.
• Inspect and test every weld to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a spotless, safe work area and follow established safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
• Assist with training junior welders/fabricators to elevate team capability.

What do you bring to the table?

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in welding/fabrication is a plus.
• Documented experience as a welder/fabricator and a portfolio that shows your best work.
• Solid command of multiple welding processes and familiarity with fabrication workflows.
• Sharp eye for detail and a drive for quality.
• Ability to work solo or as part of a team without missing a beat.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive approach.
• Welding certification preferred, not mandatory.
