A growing and well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced
Industrial Maintenance Electrician
to join our maintenance team on
day shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems that support automated production equipment.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair
industrial electrical systems including 480V and 3-phase power
- Diagnose and repair
PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), VFDs, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
- Perform
preventive and predictive maintenance
on manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret
electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime
- Install and repair
industrial wiring, circuits, and electrical control systems
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment failures
- Document maintenance activities in
CMMS systems
- Assist with facility systems including
compressors, HVAC systems, and plant utilities
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with
industrial electrical systems (480V / 3-phase)
- Experience troubleshooting
PLCs, VFDs, and automated production equipment
- Ability to read
electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical knowledge including
hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently and solve complex equipment issues
Preferred Experience
- Technical degree or certification in
Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field
- Experience in
plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or blow molding
- Experience in
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
