We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our manufacturing and logistics operations by handling inventory, preparing shipments, operating material handling equipment, and providing exceptional support to internal and external customers.

What You'll Do

✅ Safely operate forklifts, Wave machines, and other material handling equipment

✅ Load, unload, move, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

✅ Pull orders from pick lists and verify parts, quantities, and transaction accuracy

✅ Package, label, band, and weigh shipments according to work instructions and customer requirements

✅ Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including freight bills and export paperwork

✅ Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and provide tracking information, packing lists, and shipping updates

✅ Verify material markings, certifications, and receiving documentation

✅ Utilize Oracle/JDE software to process inventory movements, shipping transactions, and order fulfillment activities

✅ Operate manual and automatic banding equipment and various power tools

✅ Support receiving, kitting, inventory, and warehouse operations while maintaining a clean and organized work area

✅ Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to learn and obtain certifications for forklifts, Wave machines, overhead hoists, and other equipment
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to cross-train
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Manufacturing or warehouse experience

⭐ Shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, or kitting experience

⭐ Forklift and Wave machine operating experience

⭐ Experience with Oracle/JDE or similar ERP systems

⭐ Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
