Lead Dentist (5+ Years Experience)
I4Dentallab is seeking an experienced Lead Dentist with 5+ years of experience to serve as the senior clinical provider at a busy, patient-focused practice in Flemington, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead clinical provider, overseeing day-to-day patient care and clinical quality
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures, including complex cases
- Mentor and support associate dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants
- Establish and uphold clinical protocols, quality standards, and best practices
- Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients
- Collaborate with practice leadership and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Active New Jersey dental license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Advanced clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
- Proven leadership, mentoring, or senior provider experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering quality, patient-centered care
