Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

A Series B AI-native fintech company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join an early, ground-floor engineering team. You'll work closely with technical leadership — including the CEO and CTO — to build critical, high-impact software across multiple product engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the product and the culture of a fast-growing finance technology platform.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.
• Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end-to-end.
• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
• Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to building a high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
• Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript in a full-stack context (frontend + Node.js backend).
• Solid experience with React for frontend development.
• Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• True full-stack or strongly frontend-leaning engineering background.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with MongoDB as a primary application database.
• Interest in or experience with AI-focused product development.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
• 5–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 USD annually
• Visa sponsorship available

This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
