Step into the Night Shift that Keeps Production Moving
When the clock hits 10 PM, you become the guardian of reliability. You walk the floor, listen for what the equipment is telling you, and act fast to keep our overnight manufacturing operations running smoothly and safely. As our Industrial Controls Maintenance Electrician, you ensure CNC machines, robotic cells, and automated systems perform at their best—solving problems before they become disruptions.
What Your Night Looks Like
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical issues in alignment with applicable electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
- Perform advanced fault-finding on industrial assets—including CNC machinery and robotic systems—to restore performance quickly.
- Investigate root causes of failures and implement durable, long-term corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and adjust PLCs and ladder logic using diagnostic software and tools.
- Service and maintain solid-state devices and integrated control systems to ensure reliability.
- Own repairs from start to finish and coach teammates when guidance is needed.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep uptime high and variability low.
- Respond to line calls with urgency to reduce or eliminate downtime.
- Act as the on-shift lead when supervisors are not present, setting pace and priorities.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, automation, CNC equipment, and robotics.
- Expert troubleshooting abilities across electrical and control systems.
- Working knowledge of electrical theory and formulas applied in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with PLCs, including ladder logic programming and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-first approach.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet production requirements.

Qualifications & Education
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school; or 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
