Packaging and Palletizing Associate

A day in this role

Step onto the production floor and help finished 5-gallon buckets reach customers safely and on time. You’ll start by attaching sturdy wire handles to empty buckets, snap lids onto completed containers, check labels for accuracy, and then build neat, secure pallets ready for shipment. Along the way, you’ll pitch in wherever the production area needs support and keep your workspace clean and safe.

Pay and schedule

• 1st Shift: $14.00/hour | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: $15.00/hour | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off rotating
• Employment: Full-time
• Pay cadence: Weekly

What you’ll do

• Attach handles to empty 5-gallon buckets
• Install lids on completed buckets
• Inspect labels to ensure they are printed correctly
• Build and stack pallets
• Assist in the production area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional production and general labor duties as assigned
