Your impact

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field (teaching not included).
• FAA A&P license preferred; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy for learners moving at different speeds.
