Position summary
10-4 Logistics USA seeks Class A CDL Truck Drivers (recent graduates encouraged) to operate regional dry van routes east of I-35. This role offers predictable regional schedules, 100% no-touch freight, late-model automatic tractors, and paid mentor-led training for new drivers.
Compensation and schedule

Estimated annual pay: $70,000 – $80,000

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes according to scheduled runs and customer instructions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow delivery and pickup procedures.
- Ensure proper load securement and adherence to handling procedures for dry van freight.
- Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident reviews.
Minimum qualifications

License: Valid CDL-A (Class A) license

Training: Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Age: Minimum 21 years
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers
