Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover CNC machines for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Aid in the building of new dies
• Conduct die repairs to maintain production quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal stamping, specifically with transfer and progressive dies
• Experience with Class A and Class B dies
• Strong background in CNC machine setup and changeover.
• Demonstrated skills in die repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Blueprint Reading
