Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspect various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Experience in reporting mechanical issues
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on-site at customer locations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forklift technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or related field preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of forklift operation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
