A day in the life

CNC Operator

You’ll run CNC mills and/or lathes, keep machines fed, and keep quality tight. You’ll stage material, load and unload parts, monitor cycle times, and use basic metrology to verify results. Your focus is consistent throughput and reliable output.

Pay (Hourly):

• Day Shift: $20.00 – $24.00/hr
• Night Shift: $23.00 – $27.00/hr

Advanced CNC Lathe Setup

Own the process from print to production. You’ll complete end-to-end setups on CNC lathes for intricate parts, interpret complex blueprints with strong GD&T, select tooling, define machining strategies, and tune processes for repeatable accuracy. You’ll also diagnose and resolve the tough problems others escalate.

Pay (Hourly): $28.00 – $36.00/hr

Sales Engineer (Machining/Manufacturing)

Be the technical voice to customers. You’ll review drawings and specifications, support quoting and feasibility, recommend application solutions, and foster long-term client partnerships—while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to ensure successful delivery.

Salary (Annual): $70,000 – $90,000
