Responsibilities:
Evaluating existing equipment to make it smarter and more efficient
Troubleshooting underperforming equipment while working with maintenance on the root cause
Implementing & driving automation projects to find ways to reduce manual labor
Requirements:
2–5+ years of high volume manufacturing experience focused on project, CAPEX, Industrial, CI, Process or manufacturing
Experience with equipment upgrades, or manufacturing efficiency and cost savings projects related to labor, material, scrap, etc.
Strong mechanical aptitude & not afraid to get their hands dirty
Hands-on problem-solving experience – able to go out on the shop floor identify root causes
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly preferred
