You’ll join a stable, fast-paced manufacturing team at Alliance Laundry Systems where integrity, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are core to how we operate. On-site at our Ripon, WI facility, you’ll keep production moving by diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex machinery—supported by clear standards and a team that wants you to succeed.
Schedule & Pay
- Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1pm
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $30.97 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications

What you’ll handle
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems using hand/power tools and precision measuring/test equipment, guided by diagrams, sketches, manuals, and OEM specifications.
- Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyors, and production machinery.
- Commission new equipment and prepare machines for safe, reliable startup following established procedures.
- Conduct routine technical tests to verify safety and performance standards.
- Capture, interpret, and act on machine performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Recommend and implement reliability actions that cut downtime and enhance throughput.
- Document work in the CMMS, manage work orders, and maintain accurate equipment histories.
What you bring
- Two-year Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Comfort using a computer to research parts and accurately enter work into a CMMS.
Physical and pre-employment expectations
- Ability to stand for extended periods; occasional sitting; manual dexterity; stooping and bending as needed.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
