Shape the flow of finished signage at GSP
2nd Shift Schedule: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Full-time
GSP Companies powers visual experiences for iconic fashion retailers through large-format print, display fixtures, and sourcing. Our purpose is simple: make retail better. As a Finished Goods Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll be the link between production and delivery—ensuring every printed graphic and display component is accurately received, stored, and shipped.
A day in this role
You start your shift reviewing requisitions and IMS orders, then head to the finished goods area to pull, verify, and stage signage for delivery. You inspect incoming finished pieces, match counts against inventory and customer-supplied GTRs, and tag every item for precise location control. Throughout the day, you update records, send Box approvals and IMS shortage emails, and troubleshoot any discrepancies—looping in your supervisor or warehouse manager as needed. You’ll cycle count low-quantity items (10 or fewer), operate the compactor/baler and hand tools safely, and keep staging and warehouse areas clean. When special requests come in from Account Managers or through Asset Manager, you jump in to resolve, track down missing overage signage, and enter newly purchased overage into inventory.
