Your mission

What it takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of field experience spanning refrigeration, commercial or residential systems, mini‑splits, boilers, etc.
• EPA 608 (Universal) highly valued.
• Clear, patient communicator with an empathetic teaching style.
