Travel Client Success Representative – Remote

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Travel Client Success Representative to join our remote team. This fully remote opportunity is intended for candidates based in Portland, Oregon. In this role you will support clients throughout their travel planning journey by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized assistance. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry through post-travel follow-up.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and policies.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment; ability to work in Pacific Time (PT) hours as required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
