CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Round Trips

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers based in St. Louis, MO, to operate a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a major manufacturer to regional dealerships. This position is suited for professional drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly pay, load-based incentives, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

• Compensation:
  • Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923
  • Annual average: $90,000–$100,000
  • Typical miles: 2,400–2,500+ miles per week
  • Top drivers average: 12,000 miles per month
  • Sign-on bonus: $6,000 total
• Load profile:
  • All loads are round trip
  • Pickups are by appointment
  • Most drivers complete about two loads per week
  • Typical loads include 2–4 stops
  • Loads generally carry 8 units
• Additional pay:
  • Stop pay: $75
  • Ranger pay per load: $12
  • Securement pay per car: $12
• Equipment:
  • Automatic trucks (Volvo, Freightliner, International, Kenworth)
  • Fleet model year: three years old or newer
  • All trucks equipped with APUs and inverters
