CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

We are recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in the Lansing, MI area. Routes offer consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package beginning on day one. This opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full support in their trucking career.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday).

• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time, serving Michigan and surrounding Midwest states. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Employment type: Stable W‑2 employment with consistent freight and an operations team focused on supporting drivers as they develop safe, productive careers.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
• Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
