You’ve earned your CDL. This opportunity, based in Virginia Beach, VA, provides paid training and support to transition new CDL school graduates into a career-driving role within an expanding East Coast fleet.

Position overview

• Predictable regional routes serving the Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern United States
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Mentor‑based training with a focus on safe driving practices
• Designed to build experience and confidence on the road

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
