CDL-A Entry Level Regional Truck Driver

Regional CDL-A truck driving opportunities are available for drivers based in the Tallahassee, Florida area. CDL school graduates receive hands-on mentor support, paid training miles, and a path to a full-time Eastern Regional driving position.

Qualified CDL school graduates begin with an experienced driver mentor, earn $850 per week during training, and transition to an Eastern Regional solo position once they are ready.

Compensation and Training

• $850 per week during the mentor phase
• Experienced driver mentor during the initial training period
• Solo drivers average $1,600–$1,800 or more per week
• Weekly pay deposited every Friday
• Additional earning potential for safe driving and on-time deliveries

Position Highlights

After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned new truck and begin hauling consistent, year-round dry van freight. The position includes:

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 instructional hours from an accredited CDL school
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation and company hiring requirements
