We’re adding an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to support our production operations and facility reliability. This full-time, direct-hire role centers on safeguarding uptime, tackling breakdowns, and executing a disciplined preventive maintenance plan.

Role Snapshot

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance—adjustments, cleaning, and inspections—across machinery, equipment, installations, and the facility.
• Respond to line interruptions and perform corrective repairs or parts replacement to restore production quickly.
• Collaborate closely with operators, process techs, and leadership to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times, including lock out/tag out procedures; wear all required PPE.

Core Capabilities

• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Comfort working with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Solid electrical troubleshooting and repair background.
• Experience diagnosing pneumatic systems.
