Inbound Call Center Sales Representative – B2B Marketing Division
We are expanding our Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing division and are hiring 2 motivated Inbound Call Center Sales Representatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, identifying their needs, and confidently closing sales over the phone.
You will be speaking with business customers who are already interested in our products and services. Your responsibility is to guide them through the purchasing process and help them choose the best solution.
Important:
This is a sales-focused position. While you will provide excellent customer service, the primary goal of the role is to convert inbound inquiries into completed sales.
No cold calling. No outbound dialing. All calls are inbound from interested prospects.
Answering inbound calls from business customers who have already expressed interest
Asking the right questions to quickly understand customer needs
Presenting the most appropriate product or service solution
Confidently guiding customers toward a purchasing decision
Closing sales over the phone
Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
Documenting conversations and completed orders accurately
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable with phone-based sales and closing deals
Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
Ability to follow a structured sales script while sounding natural
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Coachable and eager to improve sales skills
Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Inbound leads only — no cold calling
Customers are already interested when they call
