GMP Liquid Fill Packaging Operator

Role snapshot

• Fill and close liquid chemical containers to exact specifications, using tested and verified scales and the Weight Assisted Computer (WAC).
• Scan to validate materials; follow defined packing procedures and recipes.
• Record and reconcile data in MES and SAP, including totals, confirmations, scrap, and delivery quantities.
• Print/reprint labels, select correct label sizes by container type, place labels accurately, and discard extras or misprints correctly.
• Apply tamper-evidence seals and perform proper crimping for secure closure.
• Maintain safety, PPE compliance, cleanliness, and quality standards (GMP/HACCP).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience may substitute.
• 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Able to tolerate strong odors/allergens and stand for 8 hours.
• Frequently lift a 35 lb product hose; routinely move/lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & benefits

Anticipated pay reflects market and role expectations. Actual offers consider skills, experience, education/training, and work location. Salary $23.00.
