SAP Transaction Processing Associate

Location: Rockford, IL | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)

Day in the Life

At 8:00 AM, you log in and open both ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA. A purchase order needs validation, inventory counts must be updated, and a customer account correction is queued. You methodically compile and sort source data, enter clean records, and verify each transaction so orders flow seamlessly through multiple facilities. By mid-morning, you’ve cross-checked entries, corrected discrepancies, and confirmed that every keystroke supports on-time fulfillment. The afternoon brings more transactional volume—steady, structured, exacting work where accuracy is everything.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and process inventory, order, and purchasing transactions in ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA during a system transition.
• Type and capture new or updated customer and account information with precision.
• Prepare source data by compiling and sorting information for computer entry.
• Input alphanumeric data according to specified screen formats and procedures.
• Follow defined data program techniques and protocols to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Verify entries; review, correct, delete, or re-enter data as needed to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles preferred.
• SAP experience (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) helpful but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a comfort for repetitive, structured tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; basic computer literacy required.
• Strong organization and time management; able to work independently.
